Today’s video is me sketching your face and doing some whispering, tapping & drawing triggers to help you relax and fall asleep. This is a semi role play asmr.
What is ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response)?
ASMR can be described simply as a variety of soothing SENSATIONS (eg, tingles, relaxation, calmness, sleepiness) due to a variety of gentle STIMULI (eg, whispering, soft talking, light touches, methodical sounds). In short, ASMR is a relaxing experience using various visual and auditory stimulations.

Hey everyone 🙂 Today's video is a deep asmr relaxation treatment where i will be sketching your face and doing some whispering, tapping & drawing triggers to help you relax and fall asleep.
Wow! So many wonderful sounds. In the US we call them chalkboards. Sometimes blackboard but many I’ve seen are green so blackboard wouldn’t fit lol. We used them when I was in elementary school to practice our cursive.

In English, we do call them both chalkboard and blackboard! "Blackboard" is just a name to differentiate the black chalkboards from the green chalkboards, but they're essentially all the same haha
