This video involves mostly the cracking and rustling sounds of peeling peanuts, but there are also many different extra sounds, such as rubbing peanuts shells, rummaging in a bowl filled with peanuts or even some crunching.

In view of the fact that the sound in some parts of the video is REALLY INTENSIVE, I suppose that it might not be particularly relaxing for those who prefer very soft, and delicate sounds, so please be careful if you intend to use this video before going to sleep.

Nevertheless I hope that majority of you guys will find it relaxing or even tingling.
