In this acrylic pour painting I used gold spray paint in the layers in the cup. I also found that spraying it in the cup and doing Karen’s (Waterfall Acrylics) famous flip and lip through the pour puddle created beautiful lacing and details. I am definitely going to try this again as I love the final results of the gold delicately inter twined with inn the composition. It was fun experimenting with spray paint layered in my cup! I’m not the first artist to do it but its a first for me.

I am amazed at how beautiful this painting turned out. I was worried that some of the colors you put on the canvas to spread the paint would end up messing with the colors in the cup. But it didn't. And it actually looks like marble. Absolutely beautiful!

Love! I've been playing around with spray paints too!! I found that the cheaper metallic spray paints-like from Dollar General-dries with a "mercury glass" or "Florentine" (I think it's called that) type finish. VERY Cool looking…
