Thank you so much for uploading this! Am too cheap and broke to buy the actual sound effects you can play in your home so I just listen to this ever night in bed with headphones and my phone on the charger lol.The best free sleeping aid 👍
im glade im not the only one 👀that needs things like this to sleep. my conscience doesn't know when to shut up so this blocks it out n im sleeping in 5 minutes every time. i might just throw away my tylenol pm.
