Antique Furniture Sleep Story – History of Furniture, Styles, Show and Tell (ASMR)

The French Whisperer ASMR

In this soft spoken ASMR video, I tell you about the history of furniture from Prehistory to our days, with an emphasis on French styles from the 17th and 18th Centuries (Louis XIV, Louis XV and Louis XVI style). I also explain a few different techniques, like veneering, marquetry or ormolu (gilt bronze).

  6. I don't usually comment, I think it's for self opinionated egotistical morons. But I liked your video and commented in the hope that it gets you more views.

  7. Miri Cohen says:

  10. Wow, FR.. a fascinating history. But what was even more appealing was seeing your gorgeous pieces. Your home ( from what I've seen) looks like it would be a great feature in a beautiful home magazine.. every item seems placed with such detailed thought that it is truly a treat for us to see it. Does your background include interior design? Thank you for sharing your inner sanctum with us. As always.
