Art for Insomnia: ASMR drawing a bird (No Talking)

Art for Insomnia, in this video I’ll be drawing a bird using chalcoal and finger drawing (ASMR) with relaxing rain sounds, no talking.
ASMR Art Drawing while I listen to gentle, soothing rain sounds and sleeping sounds. Some use it for meditation, relaxation, art for insomnia, sleeping, to name a few reasons. Other forms of ASMR include whispering, soft speaking, crinkle sounds, tapping, water sounds, storm rain, rain sleep aid.

There are many ASMR techniques such as asmr painting nails, asmr sketching, asmr sculpting, asmr whispering, asmr painting restoration, asmr study, asmr eating, asmr sleep, asmr mouth sounds, asmr drawing, asmr art supplies, asmr art of sound, asmr glow and even asmr bob ross.
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia.
QASMR signifies the subjective experience of “low-grade euphoria” characterized by “a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin”. It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.
