I too have been struggling with a lot of anxiety lately. In the past year, I quit my job, moved, moved between several different rooms, got a new roommate, a pandemic happened, I was isolated from other humans for 2 months, my grandmother (or as we say mémère) got COVID (still alive), my country has had a criminal game show host as president for the last 4 years, the election was not nearly the disavowal of the racism that man stands for, and just so much other shit in my life and in the world.
btw SAD stands for seasonal affective disorder.
I would say your videos are sensual. Like I'll get a bit turned on by your videos, but I watch mainly for your creativity, sense of humor, and lovely soft tingle-inducing voice.

Val I agree completely with others who say your "main" videos are often sensual, with sometimes a touch of sexual, but certainly never vulgar. I have a love/hate feeling for YouTube…it introduced me to wonderful artists like you but also they tend to treat their creators badly, especially women. So I watch on YouTube and try to support artists including you in other ways like Patreon.

Val's Questions: I'd describe your videos as sensual—warm, sometimes cheeky, but not sexual… accepting that I haven't watched your Patreon supporter-only videos. As for the other ASMR on YouTube, the more vulgar ones are being aggressively shut down by YouTube. Even the videos that are sexual but not necessarily vulgar, have been targeted. I find this disappointing, because that's what the age restriction is for. Creators should be free to post their content, provided they add a disclaimer and age restriction. YouTube does have to draw the line somewhere, and we accept that, but lately YouTube has been real assholes, especially mid-roll adverts.
I've also been having problems in which some of the new content on various channels will play reliably, while some of the new content on the same channel produces "Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available" error message. You would think that either all of the content plays, or none of the content plays, not a mixed bag. It makes no sense to me. YouTube doesn't care about their broken website.
