Exactly what I was about to ask for ๐ฅด SLOW and gentle tapping is so rare to find and even rarer to find actually well done. For me, the biggest thing is that it canโt be rhythmic. When itโs just gentle little taps here and there at an unexpected pace, I can actually feel the stress leaving my body and I can feel myself sinking into sleep. THANK YOUUU ๐
