I have some Horrible anxiety’s, and Depression and I tend to Go into Deep thoughts when I try to fall asleep, but your videos And this ASMR stuff seriously helps, it’s almost like motherly Calming soothing Sounds for me to relax and not think too much, I leave this on and close my eyes and actually Fall asleep.
