Hello! I have missed you all so much these last couple of weeks and I hope you enjoy this video 🤗

The only online spaces I occupy to express myself clearly on things that matter, is this space and Instagram. So I intend to use them both to say Rest In Peace to George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and every single person of color we’ve lost due to racial injustice and police brutality in this country since the beginning of its history.

I know that the majority of the world feels the same way and I know we’ve all been hurting, searching, grieving and growing in this shift together. We need to be intentional, we need to be open, we need to be strong enough to do the research and mend the trauma/dysfunction in our own environments. It truly is on us, our generation. And in order to do that successfully we also need to take care of our own spirits, our minds, our thoughts and our energy. So I send love to each and every one of you, I send a reminder to take time for self care, and to see yourself and every single person in this world for who we are, humans who need love, acceptance, and freedom to be ourselves with no interruption.
