ASMR Body Painting (Fusion Art) – Body Canvas

Dawn Cummins – Media Art Class

I always knew it would not be long before the populism & diversity of ASMR, fused with another of the arts, that of body painting. I love this, as the brush strokes creating the visual art on the body, correlational to the creation of the sounds for the art of ASMR, is so fantastic. You physically get to feel every stroke of the brush. Brilliant Stuff! It is not quite a Bob Ross, but for a 1st attempt at body painting, made more difficult painting into a mirror, it is an admirable attempt I feel. Just need to warm the paint up next time! lol

18+ content as it shows, the naked, painted, form.

ART CLASS – FUSION ART – ‘Fusion ART’ is simply what the name suggests, a fusing together of two or more ART forms. This, however, is different to the term, ‘ART Fusion’….Confused? lol ‘Fusion ART’, is a fusion or ‘collaboration’ of the Artist and a commercial identity (a product or brand).

ART CLASS – ASMR – Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response signifies the subjective experience of ‘low-grade euphoria’ characterised by ‘a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin’. It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. A genre of videos which intend to stimulate ASMR has emerged, of which over 13 million are published right here on YouTube!!

ART CLASS – BODY PAINTING or BODY ART is a form of art that followed us from the ancient prehistoric times when the human race was born, to the modern times, where artist use human body as a innovative canvas that can showcase human beauty like no art style before it. Many believe that body painting was the first form of art that was used by humans, and archaeological evidence is close to support it.
