I don't know but two nights ago I tried to fall asleep without listening to her videos… And I failed. Didn't sleep even a minute… Not doing it again. In a way it's great she helps u sleep but in the other way you forced to listen to the Asmr Darling to the rest of your life in order to fall a sleep. You trapped forever in a way … And that's not good.
