Alaska lobster usually has a little bitter taste
That bitter taste increase more when you soak it with soy sauce
Therefore, lobster is not suitable for marinating with soy sauce lol
Just steam or boil it
Or you guys can order Hoang Gia seafood store cook it for you !!! 😝😝

How did you kill them? I’m assuming they died while you were cleaning them? Since they usually die once fresh water is introduced to them. Well I’m hoping they were dead before you started hitting them.
Idk if you know but Ssoyoung has been under attack for torturing animals and not killing them humanely. Might want to clarify in your videos of you showing prep of live animals.

Since the marinate did get into the flesh, try poking with a knife on the soft part of the lobster next time and hopefully the marinate will soak through that way. 😊

I believe lobster releases ammonia once it's dead, which is why you have to eat it right away after killing it. I could be wrong, but maybe that’s why it didn't taste as good
