I had a very important person in my life, a girl who I've loved since 4th grade and someone I've recently decided to admit my feelings to, tell me they feel the same way we've been dating for about 10 months now and I've never been happier, but I got a phone calls 2 days ago yelling me that she had passed away in a car accident and I haven't been able to sleep, I've awake now for about 45 hours and now that I have this video I might actually get some much needed sleep, I have work tomorrow but I might just take off, I'm sure they'll understand, anywho, my paycheck Is not going to be that good, and I'm really hoping that I'll have enough money to help her family with the funeral, I'm so heartbroken, but I'll keep moving on because that's what she'd want me to do, I will forever love her, and miss her, and I will not let the woman who hit her get away with it, I've never thought drinking and driving or texting and driving were a good idea, and of course ironic enough the lady who's responsible was drunk driving while texting, Idk if anyone cares, but if I see even one good comment it'll make me feel even just a tad better, so yeah

There once was a painting that no one could keep. Or more precisely, no one could possess. It could be bought. It could be sold. It could be taken here and there. But it couldn't be made to stay where it wasn't loved.
For a short while it stayed with a millionaire. Shortly after that, and for a longer while, it resided inside a cardboard shelter in an alleyway with a homeless couple. But they needed money and sold it. It didn't stay very long with that person, either.
The local police knew all about the painting but they said very little about it. It would get reported stolen from time to time and they knew they'd never find a thief. Because there wasn't one. And there's a portion of the art community who also know the story of the painting and it's wandering ways. Few of those in the know would buy it, if it came their way, but all dream of a day it might hang on their walls. That their appreciation would be sufficiently pure.
One day, it turned up in Rapunzel's Restorations. Someone had bought it and decided it needed cleaning. Too many grubby little children-sized fingerprints. Too much dust as if it had traveled about and been hung too long over fireplaces instead of inside a glass case filled with inert gas. As they thought all fine art should be.
The owner and sole proprietor of, and only art expert in the employ of, Rapunzel's Restorations was, well you guessed it, Rapunzel herself. Now, before you ask, that wasn't her real name, but she'd chosen it when she was little and she still loved it.
Anyway, to make an already too-long story a bit shorter, Rapunzel fell in love with the painting as she carefully went about cleaning it. Often pausing to appreciate the tiny stroked details. Sometimes talking to it, as though it could hear. And maybe it did, in a curious Twilight Zone sort of way.
The restoration was finally completed and the painting returned to the buyer. That night… it moved. And the same night, Rapunzel was shocked to see it on the wall of her study, just where she'd imagined it might hang so nicely.
Two nights later, the buyer realized he couldn't find the painting anymore.
Three nights later, the police were in Rapunzel's study, after knocking at her door and asking if she knew about the painting's disappearance. She made coffee and served cookies while the police Sergeant told her about the painting's "curse" and advised her to love it while she could. And told her not to call them if some day it should be missing.
