I always adore your videos, they’re so tingly and this one is no exception. I especially looove the brushing sounds. I know it can be hard but be kind to yourself! Progress and growth aren’t always a linear journey, there are peaks and valleys, but as long as you try- even in the smallest of ways, that’s what counts.

I am a white person, I am supposed to be pale and white. I don't.need to be sun kissed. That's like saying cancer touched or just plain baked and wrinkled. White people need to stay out of the sun and stop acting like they need to be tanned because they don't. And you can get a vitamin d supplement because most people are deficient anyway. If you are white skinned then accept that you are white. There's nothing wrong with it.
