I was trying to experiment with each item to make sounds with it that are unique and that you haven’t heard much in a video before. That way you can’t be immune to the sounds. Hope that worked!

Listening to whisper voice and eating sounds are some examples that trigger ASMR. Everyone has a different ASMR triggers. I hope you find one that can help you to relax.
The purpose of ASMR is to relax people. ASMR videos are meant to give the viewer relaxing tingles at the back of their head and/or spine. ASMR videos usually involve one or more of the things: relaxing hand movements (visual triggers), gentle asmr whispering, different slime sounds, cooking, nail tapping and scratching, brushing sounds and etc.
