ASMR is a term used to label a certain type of relaxing feeling that can be triggered by sounds, stimuli, and situations. The experience varies by person, and not everyone can or will experience ASMR from the same sources. For people that do experience ASMR, they can find that certain types of videos may help them relax, alleviate anxiety, or assist with overcoming sleep related issues.
