In this video Doña Esperanza performs a “limpia” ritual or energy cleansing and massage for in the countryside outside of Cuenca, Ecuador. Doña Esperanza creates a soothing environment with gentle whispering and soft chanting as she massages Karen’s neck, head, and shoulders using elements from nature. These techniques are designed to relieve stress and naturally create soothing ASMR sounds.
