ASMR Minotaur painting & embroidery 2: stitching, no talking

ASMR StitchesScritches

I’ve got some hella seasonal allergies that are making me cough, so this is way shorter (and with more cuts) than I wanted it to be, I’m a little off my game, sorry folks!

I’ll hopefully be past the worst of the pollen soon and have a nice, long video with more information about the styles of embroidery I am going to be doing on this piece.

Common triggers in this video: scritchy stitches, focused task, no talking

I have a Tumblr that updates once a day with a soothing gif or a link to a tingly or relaxing sound generator. I also take asks and requests there: http://stitchescritchesasmr.tumblr.com/

Have a question? It may be answered in the FAQ: http://stitchescritchesasmr.tumblr.com/FAQ

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is often described as a “tingly” feeling in the scalp or back of the neck in response to certain aural and visual triggers. It’s a neat thing that not everyone experiences, a good place to start learning more about it at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomous_sensory_meridian_response

I’m not a licensed health or wellness practitioner and do not claim any specific health benefits from using this video.
