this is me just being picky, but you have this down perfect but your microphone just doesn't pick up all of the brush strokes as well… maybe try a different placement

If you're going to used paint like that, don't use watercolor – use oil. Watercolors aren't supposed to be applied directly to the canvas, but barely used mixed with lots of water depending on the value of the hue you want. Oh, lord. lol
You should use masking tape to stretch the paper and it wont wrinkle if you ever feel like painting as a hobby
