In this ASMR Sleep Hypnosis I will help you to overcome procrastination and avoidance. Keep in mind that hypnosis is not a ‘one stop shop’ and so to get the most out of it you will need to listen a few times. I would also recommend combining it with a technique that engages your conscious mind, for example reading the hypnotic suggestions script that goes with this video that is now available on my Patreon.

    I just found your channel and you've got a new subscriber! But I have a question, do you think it might work on people whose English is not their first language but they can understand it quite well?
    I'm afraid that my sleep indused state might not pick up on the English hypnosis

    I was struggling with procrastination many years, and it was the worst. Because instead of doing the things I had to do but didn't want to, I was stuck. Stuck in this feeling of not being as disciplined as all the others and hating myself for knowing better but still not being able to start to do the work. And I forbid myself to do all the things I liked an wanted to do and have fun.
    But over the years and during therapy I learned to use my procrastination "skills". I use the motivation to finally do my hobbies and allow myself to procrastinate a bit, because I need it to a certain point.
    I think it's important not to make yourself feel bad for procrastinating and that actually helped me to overcome this kind of sick procrastination.

    3. I competed the research study. I hope we can see your work that comes from it…I did find that when it comes to ASMR multiple answers would be true. I picked the MOST true option available. I am sure that is the intent. But I imagine many people use different video styles or voices to get different results.
