As a nail professional myself.. removing the “cuticle” which in reality is the Eponychium… i would never remove it like that. any cuticle removing techniques, i do it by hand because those machines are very harmful to the nail.
I don’t want to come off as rude and as i see your technique is pretty well to be as gentle as possible.. im just giving a suggestion and my intake.

if u are gonna use the machine u need to 1) push the cuticle, 2) change your direction, forward/reverse, that ball is used to polish the skin after you have removed the cuticle, or to remove the cuticle when its at an 90° angle💓😊
One of my pet peeves is american nail polishing. Why don't you people just polish your nails freely, and then clean it up around it afterwards? 😬😰

Since when does removing the cuticles include tearing into the skin? I'm not a nail or any type of salon professional, but I do have my nails maintained regularly, and this is far from the service I pay for!
It was really disturbing every single time she wiped the nail with her thumb Bc when she wipes it, it’s redundant at that point to even buff the nail. You buff to remove oils, wiping w your thumb RETURNS THE OILS AND DOESN’T FASTEN THE WEAR OF YOUR MANICURE
