ASMR sleep sounds are a wonderful thing! Since ASMR causes feelings of calmness and sleepiness, it has actually been known to help people sleep, even in people with occasional insomnia.
You could imagine your on a scenic drive, with stunning mountains around you? Or maybe the road noise reminds you of being a child in a car and falling asleep within 5 minutes and upsetting your parents because they wanted you to stay awake?
