If you are getting irritated or annoyed by the sounds in videos that are meant to be relaxing, you probably have something called misophonia. It's essentially the opposite of ASMR and doesn't feel good. I have both.
Google "misophonia activation scale" . The first link should prove useful.

I did know, that there is an opposite to ASMR, but didn't know the name.
For example, there was a man who woke up during a surgery,
He couldn't move but did hear what the surgeon did, creating a negative conditioning (see Pavlov).
Later, he was annoyed by some sounds, as his family was eating for example.
