Bun bo hue!! Omg I had this for the first time when I moved to Chicago. Moved back home to Denver and haven't been able to find it 🙁 but you're right the flavor is richer and spicier. Also the noodles can hang out in the bowl longer without getting mushy. What I'm saying guys, is you need to try this dish! Did you make this? If so can we get a recipe? Love your vids!!
