Believe it or not this process isn’t actually that bad for your hair! I can’t say that for all hair types but I did this from 6th grade until like my junior year of highschool. My hair never started showing damage until I started dying it all sorts of coverage. It just sounds really bad for your hair because of the water evaporating.
