You know the sio bak (also known as roast pork) is good when the crackling is ASMR-worthy.
A wordplay on the words “support” and “pork”, Sappork is a home-based business that specialises in crackling roast pork.
Launched in October 2020, they have amassed enough fans that they are fully sold out for the month of August.

Roast pork and Thai chilli sauce
Their roast pork comes in two serving sizes — Regular (S$39.90 for a 13cm by 14cm box) and Large (S$59.90 for a 18cm by 18cm box).

Two dips —mustard and honey mustard—accompany each order.
They also sell a tangy and mildly spicy Thai chilli sauce called Hola Chilli (S$5.90) to pair with the roast pork, or even as a condiment for other dishes.

Ordering and delivery
Typically, there is a link on their Instagram bio for making orders, but it appears to have been removed while orders remain temporarily closed.
Slots for September will open at the end of August.
Each customer is limited to one serving of roast pork per month and any other additional orders will be cancelled.
After the order has been confirmed via WhatsApp, payment via PayNow has to be made within three hours or the order will be cancelled.
Self-collection is free of charge at Pasir Ris Drive 1.
Delivery is available at S$10 for addresses in Simei, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Changi and S$15 for all other areas, except Jurong Island and Sentosa.
