Robert Downey Jr. electrifies as the man who could talk to animals: Dolittle. After losing his wife, he hermits himself away behind the high wall of his manor, but is forced to set sail on an epic adventure when the queen falls gravely ill. I wish I could afford to buy this. I'm not sure why all the dislike for this movie. It is an excellent wholesome family movie. It has teaching moments for kids. Good plot. Great animation and acting. Good movie to just take a break and enjoy. Two Thumbs Up from me.
Very very great movie
WTF is up with all the negative reviews? Are they expecting Iron Man? I hate almost everything but I loved this movie! This whole cancel culture BS has got to stop! When you give nobody's any attention whatsoever, they think they can destroy whatever they want, even if it isnt warranted. Nothing wrong with this movie at all. You wont be sorry you watched it. I checked it out of the public library and even the Extras are good.
