Dutch Pour Technique Acrylic Painting | Oddly Satisfying Timelapse ASMR Painting | Paint With Me

michelle eckstein

Who loves teeny tiny things? We all do! This quick and easy Dutch pour is so small and cute, you will have it done in no time. Perfect to give as a creative gift to brighten someone’s day!

For this Dutch pour, I used Amsterdam Oxide Black, Amsterdam Titanium White, Winsor and Newton Winsor Violet and Amsterdam Persian Rose. All acrylic paints were mixed with distilled water, about a 50/50 mix.

I use a handheld butane torch to pop any air bubbles that show up in the acrylic paint. Acrylic Painting Tip! If you mix your paints the day before, you will avoid getting a ton of air bubbles because the paint will get to settle!

After you pour your acrylic paints onto the canvas, just blow that paint around! You can use a hair dryer or good old fashioned lung power.

  1. This Dutch pour was so awesome. We will probably try it out because we have the same canvas that you used and it contained less paint. Thank you for sharing this. Can’t wait till your next adventure! 💚💛🧡💙💜❤️😄

  2. I love the 'wispy' look of the white as it disappears into the black!

SO PRETTY! This is amazing! Love this video! From the side camera angle (like around 3:02) I see another face like an owl girl (hahaha don’t make fun of me) in the white and purple and then when it’s the birds eye view camera angle it’s stretched.. kinda like that street art you have to see from a certain angle! Ok.. I guess faces are easy to see 😛 anyway thanks for this video and we can’t wait to see more!!! That bun bun……
