ASMR has helped me become more a more productive and peaceful person. Oftentimes I will just listen to ASMR while I work. Anxiety has been a struggle for me in years past, and I find that ASMR has really helped me push through. However, I believe in the importance of registered counselors and therapists as well. I really appreciate all of your videos! They really help me to relax and feel more at ease. Unfortunately, I've had a rather stressful 2020 so far. My dog, Sasha, passed away just a couple of weeks ago. She was 11 and a half, and I got her when she was about four months old.. Honestly, it's been a lot more difficult coping with than I thought, but you're videos help to make things a bit better. I truly thank you for that. I also was diagnosed with PTSD a while back, and I can experience some bad anxiety, depression, flashbacks, and nightmares. Your videos have helped to keep me more grounded in the present and have made living with the PTSD more bearable, especially during the more stressful times. Your videos make a difference and have had a positive impact on the lives of others. God bless you, Ozley.

So Ozley (I still don't know if that's your real name – it's even more unusual than Gibi) … ASMR has helped you become a more peaceful and productive person. Glad to hear it. Unfortunately, neither your channel nor Gibi's channel (the two ASMR channels that I subscribe to) have been able to resolve my symptoms of trauma and PTSD. 🙁 They have helped with sleep quite often; but on the other hand I find that the ASMR effect wears off rather quickly (i.e. watching the same content soon becomes ineffective). Anyhow, if you could say a prayer for me that would be appreciated.
