Jessica Alba Shared An Açaí Bowl ASMR Video On YouTube

Jessica Alba has graced our big screens for years, and now she’s active on YouTube where she shares recipes, skincare, and does ASMR videos. Her latest video shows her, her best friend Lizzy Mathis, and her daughter Honor Warren eating homemade açaí bowls ASMR-style.

For those who don’t know, ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, and videos on YouTube with “ASMR” in their title often are people whispering and eating so their viewers can be soothed—or sometimes disturbed—by the soft sounds. For Jessica’s video they did just that while eating homemade açaí bowls.

Honor Warren who is now 12 years old (yup, we’re all officially old) was the guest star for this video, and she added the perfect amount of preteen angst and comedic relief. While Jessica and Lizzy talked about their açaí bowl recipe, which they posted a tutorial video for, Honor emphasized how much better the açaí bowls were on a family trip they’d taken to Brazil.

According to Honor, those had bee pollen and cacao nips on them, and Jessica’s homemade version is a four out of 10 in comparison. I, for one, would eat anything on my plate if Jessica Alba made it, but it’s nice to know that preteens act the same even if they’re from a family of A-List celebs.

Ultimately the video ended after Honor said it was “gonna be the cringiest video of all time” and some glamour shots of the açaí bowls which were topped with chopped apples, berries, almonds, granola, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Maybe not Brazil-level delicious, but they definitely looked good to me.
