  20. Welp, there you have it folks. Learning japanese through this while sleeping really got me going. We have japanese students come in from Japan, I forgot what school though. Anyways I had three japanese girls who rarely speak English, and because I was in first year japanese, I didn't know any japanese at all, but I was surprised when I was able to converse with them without the help of my sensei. It may not seem easy or you really get anything from learning through sleeping, because your mind is just telling you to block everything and go to sleep and go into dream mode. The way I learned was through:
    1. Write everything down on paper
    2. Review the words over and over again( 10-20 phrases, or your choice, flip from eng-japanese, or so your language and test yourself. Read from your language and see whether you memorize what it is in japanese.
    3. Before bed listen to the same podcast without the piece of paper you took notes on , and as the person reads the English version, see if you can translate it before the native speaker says anything.
    4. Don't worry if you make mistakes along the way, because I do as well. Practice only makes it better.
    5. 最後に、 みなさん頑張りましょう。(saigo ni、 minasan ganbarimashou). Lastly, everyone let's do our best.
