This 1 hour long video is a technological lullaby to sleep. Hair dryer sound is a soothing white noise, which has helped me to relax and sleep. I hope it will be helpful to you as well.

I had some sleeping problems in the past. At that time I found relieve in ASMR and white noise videos. I discovered that hairdryer sound is a powerful white noise to sleep and relax.

I began to build up my passion for hair dryer sound. I became a hair dryer collector. Given that I believe life is all about give and take, I decided to set up this channel to help others in the same way other people helped me with their ASMR and white noise videos.

In my videos, I use the first-hand knowledge I learned while overcoming my sleeping problems. Falling asleep is no longer a problem for me. ASMR to sleep and relax: a simple and cheap solution …

The slow movements I perform in the video are aimed at triggering visual ASMR. For the same reason I wear my white outfit, which is also my trademark. I believe that the white outfit and the black background help the viewer to pay attention to the sound source: the hair dryer.

Another useful video feature is that this is a binaural recording. To better appreciate the binaural sound use headphones.

By the way, in this video I have used an old Stylistic 1500 hair dryer (model no. TS-322), made in Hong Kong.
