What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, which is a euphoric experience characterized by a tingling sensation or a sense of relaxation when you listen to certain sounds and/or look at certain colors and sights.

There is no good or bad ASMR, only our ability to experience and enjoy the beauty of its sights and sounds. Like most things in life, each one of us perceives ASMR in our own unique and most pleasing way.
