  9. breathing deep and long instead of my hyperventilations makes me feel even weirder.. tingles everywhere and like i’m flying. also, what is de pain in the arms and upper back all about🤔 ive been to the doctor a few times to check my lungs and heart last 5 years but there was never something wrong. i just dont know what to do

    I just got onto my first relationship with my girlfriend and was terrified my family wouldn't except that and this video calmed me down and convinced me to do it. they accept me luckily and I'm so thankful that I did it

    Thanks for this! I have been looking for a simple way to reduce anxiety that I have whenever I start work after the weekend off. Normally, it lasts for the first couple of hours, but this helped a great deal. Thank you! I much prefer this without a 'calming' voice over or stock images / music.

  24. I’ve had a panic attack since Sunday, 5:30 pm (I woke up feeling this way) and it’s now Wednesday 8:18 pm. I feel like I’m losing my mind and this is easing that a little bit.
