Thank you for this relaxing video. I am 62 years old and was just diagnosed with AFIB. Luckily, I have had only a few episodes, but my first landed me in the ER. I do all the right things to stay healthy. I tried meditation — but my busy mind just couldn't be patient enough. Your videos are my meditation. Honestly, there are times when I KNOW your videos keep the AFIB at bay. BTW, there was a recent article on the AARP website about anxiety and older people. It identified ASMR as a way to calm anxiety. Even my little dog and my husband watch with me now.

Son of a….!!! Watching this, fell asleep (like always), dropped my phone, scared the cat. Claws and fur everywhere. Absolute MAYHEM. Now I have to do it all over again.
Worth it. I just found this video and it's going to get REAL awkward when I go get my hair done next time but if she wants a tip, she best be learning how to whisper in a British accent.
