I wish i could work alone in silence. I hate being around other people. Co-workers, customers, work place noises & dumb music playing in the background. I guess you need to start your own business to create the environment you want.
I’m an occupational health nurse, and old enough to be your mother. So I will share an observation. You are using poor body mechanics and will pay the price down the road. Get yourself a work table that can be raised or lowered to accommodate your height so you are not bending forward. I suggest getting the kind with a foot pedal or table top button that will automatically raise or lower to your desired need and application.
