youre probably not going to see this message but I am getting weaned off my medication lately , and my hallucinations get really bad at night because I get anxious. The only way I am able to fall asleep is by watching your videos. My favorite video is your sleep hypnosis video with binaural beats. I think I have it memorized honestly I've watched it so many times. Every time you say "know that your day is complete , all the worries and all the planning can be done tomorrow " all the bad thoughts shut off and I can go to sleep in peace.
