ASMR Sunday Shortie: Follow the light and hand movements, no talking

ASMR StitchesScritches

This one is more for quick relaxation than tingles! We had some strong and beautiful wind a couple of days ago, so I recorded it to give you the quiet rush of wind past your ears while I slowly move a colour-changing light for about three minutes before slowly moving my hands in front of colour-changing candle lights.

Common triggers in this video: binaural wind/blowing sounds, follow the light, slow hand movements

I have a Tumblr that updates once a day with a soothing gif or a link to a tingly or relaxing sound generator. I also take asks and requests there: http://stitchescritchesasmr.tumblr.com/

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is often described as a “tingly” feeling in the scalp or back of the neck in response to certain aural and visual triggers. It’s a neat thing that not everyone experiences, a good place to start learning more about it at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomous_sensory_meridian_response

I’m not a licensed health or wellness practitioner and do not claim any specific health benefits from using this video.

  2. I can't believe how few people (including me until today) have seen this. This is easily one of my all-time favorite ASMR vids. Well done!
