Hello everyone, here’s another No Talking Abstract Art Painting ASMR video with Oddly Satisfying music paired with rain-forest background overlaid sounds and soothing rain. I welcome you to my studio practice while I work another abstract painting.

This is how I paint my abstract art, and I’m interested in the way color, shape and sound affect the viewers art experience. I use these paintings as a therapeutic process, a way to relax the mind. I hope you find this satisfying painting ASMR video relaxing, you can also use it as a how to paint abstract tutorial. I’m using acrylic on a do it yourself (DIY) canvas. Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia.

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of “low-grade euphoria” characterized by “a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin”. It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.
