The struggle when you want to watch but you also want to close your eyes, but visual triggers plus sound triggers from brushing = tingle central. But also sleepy. Flails ㅠ ㅠ
I personally like the ring light. But for me , i usually listen without looking at the screen.full ASMR mode lol, so whatever makes you most comfortable 🙂
